Fox News Digital reported that Rep. Ilhan Omar's daughters have been seen at her Washington, D.C. residence in the days following a pre-dawn raid by federal agents. Isra Hirsi arrived in a black sedan on Saturday night, carrying a bag into the home that was searched by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) a week prior. Two days later, a teenage girl believed to be Omar's second daughter entered the residence with a caretaker. Omar, who has not been seen in public since the raid, shares her three children with Ahmed Hirsi, whom she married ceremonially in 2002 and legally in 2018.

The search warrant was executed around 6:00 a.m. last Monday by HSI, the chief investigatory body of the Department of Homeland Security. Sources confirmed to Fox News Digital that the raid was part of an immigration fraud probe, specifically investigating whether Omar and/or her father falsified information on her citizenship paperwork. During the search, agents reportedly seized Omar's phone and passport. The New York Times reported that approximately a dozen people, including Omar's relatives, have been subpoenaed in connection with the case.

Border Czar Tom Homan stated over the weekend that if the allegations are proven, they could lead to Omar's denaturalization. U.S. Capitol Police (USCP), whose jurisdiction extends to protecting members of Congress and their families, were present on the congresswoman's street the same night Hirsi arrived. Omar's husband, political consultant Tim Mynett, whom she married in 2020, has intermittently emerged from the home to walk the family's Golden Labrador Retriever, Teddy. Mynett told Fox News Digital he has no concerns about the investigation and dismissed rumors that Omar fled the country as annoying to neighbors.

Omar's eldest daughter, Isra Hirsi, is a 23-year-old activist and Barnard College graduate. She was arrested and suspended from Columbia University in 2024 after participating in an anti-Israel tent encampment that lasted two weeks until its dispersal by the NYPD. Hirsi also co-founded the U.S. Climate Strike in 2019, a movement that advocated for policies including universal healthcare, student debt relief, and stronger union organization.

Omar's sister, Sahra Noor, missed a scheduled book tour stop in Minnesota last week due to a family emergency, according to the hosting bookstore. Three sources confirmed to Fox News Digital that Noor voluntarily spoke with federal investigators last week. Omar has not responded to repeated requests for comment but posted a statement on X hours after the raid, characterizing the action as an extreme misuse of authority and a new tactic for using federal police against political rivals.

Vice President JD Vance told Fox News Digital in an interview last Tuesday that the investigation is not politically motivated. Vance said the administration does not want to allow the law to go after political opponents and wants facts to drive the process. He added that if justice requires further action, they will take it when necessary.
