Bank7 Corp. (BSVN) has secured shareholder approval and regulatory clearances for its pending merger with Century Financial Services Corporation, positioning the transaction to close on or about November 1, 2026. The Oklahoma-based bank filed a Form 8-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on October 9, 2026, confirming that Century shareholders voted to approve the Agreement and Plan of Merger during a special meeting held that same day.

The filing states that Bank7 Corp. has also obtained clearance from the Federal Reserve Board and the New Mexico Financial Institutions Division, which confirmed they have no objection to the deal. These approvals satisfy key conditions for completing the merger, under which Century will merge with and into Bank7 Corp.

The merger agreement was originally dated September 16, 2026. While the primary regulatory and shareholder hurdles have been cleared, the transaction remains subject to the satisfaction of other closing conditions set forth in the Merger Agreement. The company noted in its filing that the expected closing date is a forward-looking statement based on current management expectations and is subject to risks and uncertainties beyond the company's control.

Bank7 Corp., headquartered in Oklahoma City, reported that any failure to meet expectations regarding timing or other conditions could result in the merger failing to close. The company stated it undertakes no obligation to update forward-looking statements except as required by law. Kelly J. Harris, Chief Financial Officer of Bank7 Corp., signed the report on behalf of the registrant.
