Freshworks to replace BioLife in S&P SmallCap 600

Freshworks Inc. will enter the S&P SmallCap 600. The effective date is before the open of trading on Thursday, October 8, 2026. It replaces BioLife Solutions Inc. The deal is expected to be completed soon. It is subject to final closing conditions. As a result of this corporate action, BioLife Solutions will no longer meet the criteria for inclusion in the S&P SmallCap 600.

Freshworks trades under the ticker FRSH on the Nasdaq. It takes the spot vacated by BioLife Solutions, which trades under BLFS. The index change reflects standard rebalancing procedures.
