October Prime Day offers under $25 deals on tech and games

The Verge has compiled a list of deals under $25 during the October Prime Day sale, noting that fewer items qualify for this price bracket this year compared to previous years. The outlet attributes the scarcity to rising prices but highlights specific gadgets, films, and games available at a discount. The list includes electronics, media, and board games from various retailers, with prices updated as the sale progresses.

Among the featured electronics are the JLab Go Air Pop wireless earbuds, which offer eight hours of battery life on a single charge or 32 hours with the included charging case. The earbuds are priced at $19.88 at Walmart, down from $29.38. Anker’s Nano 45W charger, which features a front-facing smart display and foldable prongs, is available for $23.99 at Amazon, reduced from its regular price of $39.99. The TP-Link Tapo Matter-Certified Smart Plug Mini, which allows users to control devices via an app, is listed at $7.99 at Amazon, a significant drop from its standard $19.99 price.

The selection also includes media products. The 4K Blu-ray of the film Everything Everywhere All At Once is available for $12.49 at Amazon, down from $15.99. Square Enix’s Final Fantasy VII Rebirth for PlayStation 5 is priced at $19.99 at Amazon, compared to its regular $69.99 cost, while Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade for PS5 is available for $19.99 at Amazon. The 4K Blu-ray of Fallout: Season One is listed at $25.58 at Amazon, a price The Verge notes is slightly above the sub-$25 threshold but included in the roundup.

Additional items in the deal list include the LifeStraw personal water filter, priced at $12.98 at Amazon, and the Ring Indoor Cam (second-gen), which offers 1080p video and color night vision for $24.99 at Amazon. Board games such as Azul and Splendor are also discounted; Azul is available for $23.99 at Amazon, and Splendor is priced at $23.99 at both Amazon and Target. The Hoto 3.6V Electric Screwdriver Kit Pro, which includes 25 steel bits, is listed at $28.49 at Amazon and Walmart, slightly above the primary price cap but included in the broader affordable tech context of the sale.
